Riyadh-Mubasher: The second stage of MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance’s rights issue will end Tuesday, 15 March, said Saudi Hollandi Capital, financial advisor, lead manager and underwriter.
The company’s general meeting earlier approved increasing capital to SAR 350 million from SAR 175 million.
The top-up, which aims to boost the company’s financial solvency margin, is effected through offering 17.5 million shares at SAR 10 each.
The first stage ran from 1-10 March.
The stock closed Monday at SAR 37.20, falling 2.54%.
