Riyadh – Mubasher: MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance starts the second phase of its right issue on this Sunday,13 March.
The company will offer a total of 17.5 million shares at SAR 10 in the second phase that will last until 15 March 2016.
Earlier, shareholders approved increasing capital to SAR 350 million from SAR 175 million in order to boost the company’s financial solvency margin.
On 10 March, the stock’s close quote fell 0.76% to SAR 39.12
