Dubai – Mubasher: Real estate development firm Meydan has successfully sold 520 villas worth a combined value of AED 9 billion from its first and second stages in the Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum City District One, Al Bayan newspaper reported, citing a senior official.
The group is also planning to deliver 267 villas as part of the first phase of the project, vice president of commercial and freezone at Meydan Group Mohammed Abdul Nasser Al Khayat revealed.
Meydan will also deliver 313 villas in the second phase in the first half of 2018, the top official told the newspaper.
Surrounded by verdant greenery and a 7-km crystal lagoon, the Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum City District One covers an area of 45 million square feet and houses and 14-km walkway.
