Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Middle Egypt Flour Mills Co. gave a nod to distribute dividends of EGP 1.2 per share at total amount of EGP 17.7 million.
Earlier, the company's shareholders meeting approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 2015, as well as the board report regarding the company's activities through this year.
The company's financial indicators for FY14/15 reflected an increase of 15.3% to EGP 42.72 million in net profits up from EGP 37 million a year earlier.
