Dubai - Mubasher: The opening of the Mike Tyson Academy (MTA) in the UAE has been rescheduled to 2019, Arabian Business reported, according to CEO Frédéric Madzimba, aka Fred Frenchy.
The academy was scheduled to open by the end of 2017, with Mike Tyson expected to feature cardio strength, functional training, and boxing exercises, including regular visits by the champion himself.
Speaking to Arabian Business, Madzimba said that “the academy is seeking a new site for its opening next year.”
Madzimba added, “We have lost our preferred location, which is why we are re-adjusting things, but Dubai will definitely open; that’s for sure.”
