Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Navigation (Milaha) renewed a feeder agreement with Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) for the aim of transportinh up to 150,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of petrochemical exports from Qatar, according to a bourse filing released Wednesday.
Under the agreement, which is extended for one more year, Milaha will help Muntajat to enhance its operational efficiency which will translate to lower vessel trips, the statement said.
The Qatar-listed company’s stock shrank in today’s trading by 1.41% as 447,000 shares were exchanged at QAR 40,500.
