Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday approved distributing cash dividends of 45%, or EGP 4.5 per share, for fiscal year 2016.
Total dividends amount to EGP 55.3 million and will be distributed on 25 May, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Minapharm Pharmaceuticals had previously reported a net profit amounting to EGP 47.3 million in 2016, compared to EGP 91.3 million in 2015.
