Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals approved the board’s recommendation to distribute EGP 6.75 per share as dividends for fiscal year 2018.
The dividends total EGP 82.98 million and will be paid to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Minapharm’s shareholders also elected new board members for the coming three years.
During the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2018, the pharmaceutical company posted a net profit of EGP 72.12 million from EGP 61.9 million in the previous year.
