Kuwait - Mubasher: There is an overwhelming optimism regarding the upcoming OPEC meeting in November, Kuwaiti minister of finance and acting minister of Oil Anas Al-Saleh told reporters on Monday.
Oil prices are expected to be between $50 and $60 during the next 10 months, Al-Saleh added.
