Kuwait – Mubasher: Osos Holding Group said that the Kuwaiti commerce and industry ministry has rejected the exceptional cash dividends distribution recommended by Osos’ board, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.
The board of directors had proposed a 10% exceptional cash dividends, with a total of KWD 2.68 million.
According to the statement, the capital reduction is still on hold. Once the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approves it, Osos’ capital will be decreased by KWD 16.83 million to stand at KWD 10 million.
