Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Financial Investments Company sold about 5.5 million shares of Alexandria Mineral Oils (AMOC) during Tuesday's trading.
Misr Financial Investments' stake was reduced to 8.76% from 15.14% after the sale worth EGP 225.5 million, EGP 41 per share.
Moreover, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that Al Ahli Capital Holding purchased 5.6 million shares of AMOC at a value of EGP 229.6 million, so that its stake increased in the company to 25.31%.
