Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Hotels said Tuesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved distributing cash dividends at 67.5 piasters per share for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016.
The company turned a profit in the fiscal year 2015/16 after registering EGP 82.5 million profits.
The ordinary meeting also approved a number of items, including the board's and auditor's reports and the periodical bonus for the same fiscal year.
The stock quote steadied at EGP 20.19 on Monday.
