Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Hotels’ ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved distributing cash dividends at EGP 2.5 per share for fiscal year 2016/2017.
The OGM agreed on distributing cash dividends on shareholders at a total value of EGP 33 million, and dividends of EGP 11.8 million will be added for the following fiscal year, the firm added in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Misr Hotels’ capital amounts to EGP 198 million distributed over 13.2 million shares, with a par value of EGP 15 per share.
By the end of Thursday’s trading session, Misr Hotels’ stock edged up 0.55% to EGP 45.55.
