Cairo – Mubahser: Misr Italia Properties has advanced the delivery date of the first phase of “IL Bosco” to 2020 instead of 2021 to be the first private property developer to deliver projects in the New Administrative Capital.
The real estate developer has worked with eight of the top contracting and consulting offices to speed up the delivery of the project, CEO of Misr Italia Properties, Mohamed Hany El Assal, revealed in a statement on Wednesday.
With payment plans extending over eight years with 5% down payment and equal installments, the first phase of IL BOSCO features 1,700 units including standalone villas, twin houses, and apartments with various sizes and designs.
Spanning over 207 acres in the new capital, IL BOSCO has investments of EGP 16 billion and includes residential and commercial areas amid green areas with a distinctive location overlooking Green River, set to be one the world’s largest central parks.
