Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has signed a contract with Solid Construction to expedite the construction works throughout its IL BOSCO project in the New Administrative Capital for a total of EGP 400 million.
Solid Construction has been assigned the concrete work and the architectural core and shell of nine apartment buildings at phase three of IL BOSCO project which started in mid-August 2021, with completion scheduled in 18 months, according to a statement on Wednesday.
In addition, the property developer also signed deals worth EGP 200 million with three construction companies to carry out the works of six buildings in phase one of Vinci New Capital starting September and scheduled to be ready within 18 months.
Mohamed Khaled El-Assal, CEO and Managing Director of Misr Italia Properties, said: “We have ambitious plans to execute more partnerships in the upcoming period with Solid Construction covering more MIP projects."

IL BOSCO is being developed in the New Administrative Capital with total investments of EGP 16 billion over an area of 200 acres, while Vinci spans over 110 acres in the diplomatic area of the New Administrative Capital with a total investment of EGP 9 billion.
