Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Italia Properties has announced acquiring around 110 acres (feddans) in the New Administrative Capital.
The total value of the fresh land plot amounted to EGP 1.617 billion, the real estate developer said in a statement on Thursday.
The Egypt-based property developer will launch an EGP 9 billion project on the land plot, that is considered Misr Italia’s second largest acquisition in the New Capital after launching IL Bosco New Capital city Compound last year.
The company is in talks with international architecture and design bureaus to start work in the project.
