Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Italia Properties has launched IL Bosco City in Mostakbal City with total investments of about EGP 22 billion.
Spanning over an area of 268 feddans, the new project is expected to achieve total sales of EGP 36 billion, the real estate firm said in a statement.
The project will be located in the eastern extension of New Cairo, near the New Administrative Capital.
Misr Italia Properties will start construction on the first phase during the first quarter of 2020, with plans to deliver the first phase by 2024.
Over the next 15 years, the real estate firm’s investments are expected to reach EGP 68 billion.
