Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said on Thursday that the Ministry of Finance (MoF) is planning to auction one-year $1.1-billion treasury bonds (T-bills) next month, Reuters reported.
The dollar-denominated bonds, which will be sold on 7 May, will mature on 7 May 2019, the news agency added, citing the CBE.
CBE data last showed a rise in net foreign reserves by 3% month-on-month in April to $44.029 billion from $42.611 billion.
