Cairo – Mubasher: The Ministry of Finance (MoF) is planning to maintain its pricing of the customs US dollar exchange rate at EGP 16.5 in July, Egypt’s deputy minister of finance for taxation policies Amr El-Munir told Mubasher late Wednesday.
The finance minister last maintained the USD exchange rate price at EGP 16.5 for the month of June.
The customs USD is a fee paid by importers in order to release their goods and cargo held at the Customs Authority.
