The Saudi Ministry of Housing (MoH) announced that it controls 100 million square meters of undeveloped lands, 74,000 square meters of developed lands, and 470,000 square meters of lands under development.
The ministry is keen on providing housing investment spheres for national real estate developers to address all housing problems, namely the Center of Real Estate Developers is about to be officially inaugurated.
