Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Etihad Etisalat “Mobily” approved in its meeting on Tuesday the amendment to the company’s articles of association and the inclusion of new activities.
The EGM gave its approval to include “electrical works, electrical operation and maintenance works, electronic works, electronic operation and maintenance works, communications technology, operation and maintenance of communications systems, mechanical works and mechanical operation and maintenance works” to the firm’s operations, according to the bourse filing on Wednesday.
The second mobile operator in KSA’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on the same day the financial statements for FY15 and other items on the agenda.
