Riyadh – Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 19 April to look into agenda items, mainly adding new business activities.
These activities comprise electrical works, maintenance and operation, as well as electronic and telecoms works and maintenance, in addition to mechanical works.
An ordinary general meeting will be held on the same day to look into ratifying financial statements, as well as the board’s report, for the fiscal year 2015.
The telecom operator earlier posted SAR 1.09 billion loss in 2015, down 30.7% from SAR 1.57 billion loss a year earlier.
