Riyadh – Mubasher: The lawsuit filed by Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) against the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) was reserved for review and consideration.
The two companies said on Sunday that they attended on Saturday a hearing before the arbitral tribunal with the attendance of the technical expert, to discuss the draft copy of the technical expert report and hear the parties’ comments, according to bourse filings.
The arbitral tribunal informed the two companies that they will be notified of the date of the judgment later.
