Riyadh – Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) reached an agreement with the majority of its creditors to waive the breach of covenant under several loan facilities totalling SAR 12.1 billion, the telco said in a bourse filing Tuesday.
Mobily added it would continue talks with other creditors as regards its export credit agency facilities and other bilateral facilities to reach a similar waiver agreement.
