Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) agreed on amending the article no. two of the memorandum for rebranding Mobinil to Orange.
The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) gave the green light to the rebranding decision yesterday, while the ordinary meeting approved a number of items, including 2015 compensation agreements as well as financial statements.
The telecom operator recorded consolidated earnings of EGP 10.4 million in 2015, against losses of EGP 399.7 million a year earlier.
