Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 20 March, to discuss agenda items, including rebranding the company.
The ordinary meeting will review the board's report and financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2015.
Meanwhile, the extraordinary meeting will discuss amending articles No. 2 of the articles of association.
The telecom operator recorded consolidated earnings of EGP 10.4 million, against losses of EGP 399.7 million a year earlier.
