Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Modon Properties appointed Arabtec Construction, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, to build the Show Village in Khalifa City.
The Show Village comprises nine villas and is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2018, Arabtec said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.
“Customers visiting the Show Village will be able to see and experience the quality they can expect from us before they sign their contracts,” CEO of Modon Properties Abdulla Al Sahi said.
Meanwhile, Arabtec Construction CEO Boyd Merrett noted that Modon’s commitment to quality is in line with that of Arabtec Construction's as well as its commitment to "delivering premium representations of what the future residents of Riyadh City can expect.”
