Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) intends to execute a 667-unit project worth AED 940 million in Al Khawaneej area, the CEO of MRHE, Sami Abdulla Gargash, said, as reported by Al Ittihad Newspaper.
The UAE housing association is expected to begin constructing the project in 2019, Al Ittihad added.
Gargash noted that the project should be undertaken over 30 months to be accomplished by the end of 2020.
MRHE will start the project with 523 units valued at AED 518 million in Al Khawaneej 2 and Al Warqaa 4.
Designing works were offered in a tender to build 379 units in Al Khawaneej 2 area at a value of approximately AED 434 million, the newspaper noted.
