Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said it received a disclosure report from Mohandes Insurance to list its post-capital increase shares.
The insurer raised its issued capital from EGP 75 million to EGP 100 million.
The capital increase of EGP 25 million was distributed across 2.5 million shares at EGP 10 par value each and was effected through the distribution of bonus shares at 1 to 3.
EGX said it studies the company’s disclosure, to present it later on to the listing committee.
