Cairo – Mubasher: Mohandes Insurance said Sunday that the ordinary general meeting approved distributing cash dividends for 2015/16 at EGP 2.5 per share, totaling EGP 25 million, according to a bourse filing.
The dividends will be paid be paid out on two installments: a EGP 1 tranche within a month of the ordinary meeting date and a EGP 1.5 tranche on 15 February 2017.
The company earned EGP 64.09 million in the fiscal year 2015/16, the consolidated results revealed.
