Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Mohandes Insurance approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.90 per share for fiscal year 2018/2019.
The company’s shareholders greenlighted the distribution of EGP 54 million as dividends to shareholders for earnings of the last fiscal year, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
It is noteworthy that during FY18/19, the insurance company logged a net profit of EGP 145.04 million, compared to EGP 128.39 million in FY17/18, including minority shareholders’ rights.
