Cairo – Mubasher: Mohandes Insurance has witnessed a block transaction worth EGP 104.39 million on its shares.
The deal involved the trading of 5.9 million shares at a price of EGP 17.5 per share, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said in a statement on Thursday.
The company’s capital reaches EGP 150 million, distributed over 60 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 2.5 apiece.
It is noteworthy that during the first quarter of fiscal year 2019/2020, the insurer’s net profit rose to EGP 49.45 million, compared to EGP 39.57 million in the prior-year period.
