Cairo – Mubasher: Mohandes Insurance said Thursday that its shareholders approved hiking the company's capital through 0.10-for-1 bonus share distributions, according to a bourse filing.
The top-up will be from EGP 100 million to EGP 110, financed through the reserves registered in the approved FY14/15 balance sheet.
On Wednesday, the stock quote was placed at EGP 19.35 with a 2.22% slide.
