Doha – Mubasher: Moody's Investors Service on Wednesday reported downgrading the guaranteed senior secured debt ratings of Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Co Ltd (II) (RasGas II) and Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Co Ltd (III) (RasGas III) from “Aa3” to “A1”.
Moody's also downgraded the senior secured debt ratings of Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd (Nakilat) from “Aa3” to “A1”, and downgraded the senior subordinated debt rating of Nakilat from “A1” to “A2”.
As a result, the outlook on all three issuers has been changed from “Negative” to “Stable”.
