Doha – Mubasher: Moody's Investors Service on Wednesday announced downgrading the long-term issuer ratings of Qatar's national oil and gas company Qatar Petroleum (QP) to “Aa3” from “Aa2”, while its subsidiary Industries Qatar (IQ) went to “A1” from “Aa3”.
The outlook on the ratings has been edited from “Negative” to “Stable”.
Moody's also downgraded the long-term issuer rating and senior unsecured bond ratings of Qatari Diar Finance (QDF) to “Aa3” from “Aa2”, as the outlook on the ratings has been changed to “Stable” from “Negative”.
