Moody’s to host 14th GCC Summit in Dubai on 13 March

Dubai – Mubasher: Moody’s Investors Service is holding its 14th annual GCC Summit in Dubai on 13 March.

The impact of the shifting credit cycle on debt issuers is the main topic for this edition, Moody’s said on Tuesday.

"Our GCC Summit will explore how global politics and trade tensions affect regional dynamics," Jehad El-Nakla, General Manager at Moody's Investors Service Middle East, said.

Analysts from Moody's sovereign, banking, corporate and insurance groups will assess the trends that will shape the credit landscape in the region and around the world during the coming 12-18 months.

They will also discuss the outlook for the Islamic finance sector.

"Senior credit analysts will highlight the most exposed sovereigns, financial and corporate sectors as well as growth drivers for the year ahead," El-Nakla added.

The summit will bring together more than 150 investors, issuers and intermediaries.
