Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) on Thursday said that Moon Capital Partners Master and Moon Capital Master Fund Limited hold around 74.6 million shares in it, accounting for 7.2% of the company’s total capital.
Moon Capital Partners Master has nearly 68.8 million shares in EKH, while Moon Capital Master Fund holds about 5.1 million shares, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Additionally, Moon Capital Performance holds around 640,600 million shares, EKH added.
The aforementioned figures have been effective as of 1 January, the company indicated, noting that its announcement was subject to Article 29 on listing and delisting security regulations.
In November, EKH posted consolidated profits of $75 million for the first nine months of 2018, versus $76.5 million in the year-ago period.
Revenue grew to $338.9 million at the end of September from $258.18 million in the corresponding nine months of 2017.
