Cairo – Mubasher: Moon Capital Partners Master Fund has increased its stake in Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) to 5%.
Moon Capital Partners bought 96,200 shares in EKH, enlarging its stake in the company from 4.99% to 5.01%.
The deal’s consideration stood at EGP 115,920, with an average price of EGP 1.2 per share.
EKH reported a 13.4% year-on-year hike in its consolidated profit during the first quarter of 2019, recording $28.79 million.
