Cairo - Mubasher: The consolidated financial statements of Misr Fertilizers Production Company (Mopco) showed that it achieved profits of EGP 393.7 million in the first quarter of 2017.
The company said in a statement on Tuesday that revenues amounted to EGP 2.22 billion during the three-month period that ended 31 March 2017.
Independent profits reached EGP 418.25 million in Q1-17, compared to EGP 254.12 million in Q1-16.
Independent revenues also grew to EGP 767.12 million up from EGP 188.07 million in the corresponding period last year.
