Mubasher: Morocco has successfully achieved MAD 24.1 billion in savings in the first nine months of 2015 from low oil prices, according to public fund Caisse de Compensation.
The state's imports of energy products reached MAD 51 billion until September 2015, compared with MAD 75 billion in the same period a year ago.
It is worth mentioning that Morocco imports 95% of its energy needs.
