Riyadh-Mubasher: Mouwasat Medical Services signed on Wednesday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Alimtiaz Al-Zahir Co. for Medical Services for the assignment of medical license and immovable assets belonging to Mouwasat, as well as the usufruct in Mouwasat medical complex and its affiliated pharmacy for Alimtiaz Al-Zahir.
The memorandum is effective for 60 days, the company said in a bourse statement.
The agreed-upon value of the assignment reaches SAR 2.5 million.
The company will unveil the relevant financial impact upon completing the deal.
