Riyadh-Mubasher: Mouwasat Medical Services signed on Sunday an agreement to sell its movable assets and waive the medical licence of Al Ahsa medical centre to Al Emtiaz Al Zahir for Medical Services Co. for SAR 2.5 million.
The company has recorded a capital gain of SAR 1.1 million from this deal, which will be reflected in its financial statements for the first quarter of 2016.
The medical services provider took this decision as the clinic’s leased premises require costly maintenance and this will affect the company’s profits.
