Mubasher: Mozoon Real Estate Company has signed an agreement with Retaj Hotels & Hospitality for benefit from the second's apartments’ management and operation and technical services.
Mozoon is indirectly owned by Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance (QGIRCO) at 50% shareholding via Qatar General Holding Company, QGIRCO’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) on Thursday
The agreement entails providing management, operation and technical services for Tower “C” of “Mozoon Towers” project, which is under development now, the statement added.
The Tower “C” is located in west bay, Al Dafna, QGIRCO said, giving no further details on the value of the contract.
QGIRCO's profits hiked 40.1% to QAR 307.4 million during the full-year 2017, up from QAR 219.3 million a year earlier.
