Mubadala's Injazat partners with Hub71 to support UAE startups

UAE - Mubasher: Injazat Data Systems (Injazat), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala, has partnered with Hub71 to empower startups in the UAE with digital solutions.

Under the partnership, Injazat and Hub71 will also encourage the UAE's major companies to adopt advanced technologies, according to a press release on Tuesday.

At the same time, Injazat will connect its corporate and government customers with Hub71's startups, enabling them to come up with innovative technological solutions and tackle their clients' needs.

The selected startups will cooperate with Injazat, which will provide them with a framework for mutual IP commercialization, to bring their digital solutions to the market.

The CEO of Injazat, Khaled Al Melhi, said: "This unique engagement with Hub71 will allow us to identify the most promising local startups, bringing solutions that are most relevant to our customers, working with them to provide insights, guidance, expertise, and to create viable solutions that are ready for business."

Meanwhile, the Interim CEO of Hub71 and Head of Ventures of Mubadala Investment Company, Ibrahim Ajami, remarked: "We are proud to welcome ICT and digital solutions provider, Injazat, to Hub71’s growing community to further attract and enable startups with ICT, IoT and B2B software technologies to service growing industries."
