Mubasher: Mubarrad Transport achieved profits worth about KWD 356,310 ($1.16 million) during the fourth quarter of 2016 against losses of KWD 1.45 million ($4.74 million) in the same period of 2015, according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
During the fiscal year, profits decreased 29.8% to KWD 1.27 million from KWD 1.81 million in FY15.
The board members recommended a cash dividend of 5% or 5 fils per share for the fiscal year.
On the stock level, Mubarrad levelled down 1.3% to 7 fils, after 790,000 shares were exchanged at a value of nearly KWD 60,700.
