Mubasher: The postponed extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Mubarrad Transport on Wednesday agreed to modify the company’s name.
The new name will be Mubarrad Holding, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
At the stock level, Mubarrad closed Wednesday’s session 4.6% higher at 73.1 fils.
