Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Transport and Investment Company (Mubarrad) said its CEO Nader Al Nasser resigned on 17 November for personal reasons, according to a bourse statement.
The company also accepted Al Nasser’s resignation from the board.
Mubarrad’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 21 November to discuss the board’s recommendation for the capital increase from SAR 180 million to SAR 240 million.
