Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) granted Mubasher Advisory for Securities a licence to operate as an independent financial advisor for three years.
The licence allows Mubasher to produce financial evaluation and fair value (FV) assessment reports, according to a statement.
The company aims to increase its footprint in the Egyptian market and expand its non-banking financial services in the Middle East and worldwide.
Mubasher Capital Holding for Financial Investments’ vice chairman Ehab Rashad revealed that the company is looking to acquire a majority stake in Mubasher Advisory in the coming period.
