Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) revealed that it has delivered two internal road and infrastructure projects at Mohammed Bin Zayed city in collaboration with Abu Dhabi City Municipality and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA).
Spread over an area of 1.2 million square metres, the projects’ total cost reached AED 229.7 million, state-run news agency WAM reported.
Musanada said that the work at the first project related to Sectors ME (3 to 4) (Area H) Contract H1 has been completely finished with a total cost of AED 121.9 million, and it includes 96 residential plots.
Meanwhile, the second project related to Sectors ME (4 to 5) (Area H) Contract H2 has been 98% completed with a total value of AED 107.8 million, comprising 158 residential plots.
Up to 1,108 workers are engaged in the two projects, Musanada noted.
The company pointed out that both projects are part of its efforts to realise the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan towards providing a high-quality infrastructure that meets the needs of individuals and the community at large in line with best international standards.
This aims at improving the standard of living, enhance the sustainable development process and ensure the happiness and well-being of the community.
The projects are also part of Abu Dhabi Plan to upgrade the quality of delivered services and establish sound infrastructure that supports the local economy, along with enhancing the comprehensive and sustainable economic development of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
