Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market closed Tuesday’s trading with a fall of 0.15% or 8.72 points to the level of 5,737.24 points.
Trading volume decreased to 11.88 million shares from 14.88 million shares exchanged on Monday, while turnover increase to OMR 2.52 million from OMR 2.2 million.
The financial and industrial sectors shrank 0.2% and 0.04% respectively, while the services sector rose 0.02%.
Oman Flour Mills topped gainers by adding 2.16%, while Al Izz Bank headed losers with a fall of 2.86%.
National Bank of Oman made the highest turnover of OMR 482,000, whereas Oman Fisheries made the biggest trading volume activity with 3.29 million shares.
